Grayout game for iPhone simulates the experience of helplessness of finding a word that is on the tip of your tongue. The game revolves around the medical field in the premise of a hospital. It is a series of conversation between Alaine a resident of the totalitarian community, and the hospital staff. You as a player take the role of Alaine who is suffering from a post traumatic aphasia which is a speaking disorder due to the disability to process language.

The scenes of the story are presented in pages. Each page will have a word cloud for you will have to construct a response. You will have to find the right words and put them in the right order. You will not be given any hints except the texts present in the cloud. As you progress through the story, the level of difficulty also increases and it gets frustrating that some of the answers are really difficult to figure out. This inability to proceed creates helplessness and that becomes the core appeal of the game.
