Universal Zoom iPhone App Review
Universal Zoom for iPhone is a one-of-a-kind educational software that allows us to study and experience the concepts of Size and Scale. From subatomic particles to the visible Universe itself, the app provides a succession of things “to Scale”. This application is appropriate for a wide range of topics, including Science, Geography, and Engineering, as well as for children aged 4 and above. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements in this app. Universal Zoom allows us to have an amazing tour around the cosmos while finding the most fascinating items to scale, ranging from the tiniest subatomic particles to the universe’s biggest known structures. Using actual high-resolution pictures and original artwork, each of the more than 200 products was meticulously produced.
Explore Scale of Universe
Universal Zoom app is compatible with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. The first screen features a human silhouette with the text Average Male Human Being: 5 feet 9 inches tall. Illustrations of increasingly smaller species, all depicted to scale, may be found to the man’s left, including an emperor penguin, a porcupine, a meerkat, a hedgehog, and others. A depiction of an ostrich sits to the right of the guy. Horizontal and vertical axes are defined at 5-foot intervals along the bottom and left borders of the screen. Tiny thumbnail icons appear at the top of the screen, with the individual shown in the centre. To the left are icons depicting progressively smaller objects, such as cells, atoms, and particles, while to the right are symbols depicting mountains, planets, stars, and our galaxy.
Learn about Measurements
A voice recites the label’s text and a popup window gives an explanation when we click on the label identifying one of the app’s around 200 items or creatures. The observable universe’s circumference is currently around 90 billion light years, according to the app, because the galaxies we see are quickly moving away from us and have been travelling billions of years since the light we’re seeing set off from them. Universal Zoom is a fantastic educational tool for learning about the vastness of the cosmos. It’s well-designed, simple to use, and allows us to compare the relative sizes of over 200 things, ranging from subatomic particles to cells, animals, mountains, planets, and galaxies. It’s also a lot of fun. The app costs $3.99 to download from iTunes App Store.
