The new picture will be displayed on the screen of your mobile device once the call has ended and you can then take a few moments to take a look at the picture in order to see if the picture appeals to you or if it is something that is really not that great.

It is a solid program with many good things going for it, but it is hampered through lacking a really good review system as well as functionality that will allow it to do more than just display pictures on the screen. If Android Cougar RB app is expanded a bit more in future releases, it can certainly score higher. Right now it is basic entertainment though and not much more.
